V for Vendetta

Sheesh. What a great film. Chilling to the end.

This film quite scared me. Not the actual film, just the fact that I can really see it happening. I can easily imagine the government (if not this one, then a later one) abusing it's power, enciting (and legalising) violence, letting corruption rule...all of it is so close I can practically taste it. It isn't far off, is it?? You can tell. It's scary. A chilling look into the future.
